Are there vaccination requirements?
Yes. All dogs must be up to date on all vaccinations prior to first ride.
What do iI need to do prior to pick up?
Make sure your pup has a harness on. No need for a leash - we use our own for safety and consistency.
What happens during inclement weather?
Rain showers? We'll just towel 'em off!
But your dog's safety comes first! In cases of severe weather - like storms, extreme heat - we may adjust, delay, or cancel rides. We will notify you if so.
What happens if my dog gets sick during?
We'll notify you immediately, and, if necessary, get your dog to your preferred veterinary clinic. Your pup's well-being comes first.
What if I am not home during pick up/drop off?
No problem! As long as we have your permission (a signed Home Access Agreement*), we can safely pick up and drop off your dog even if you're not home.
